If an accessory is unused, unopened, or the wrong fitment was selected, contact support early so the issue can be handled cleanly.

Return Window

Unused and uninstalled items can be returned within the return window listed in the refund policy. Items must include original packaging, hardware, and order proof.

Wrong Fitment

If you selected the wrong bike, model, year, or product option, contact support before installation. Exchanges are easiest when the original item has not been installed.

Damaged Items

For damaged or defective items, send photos of the product, packaging, and order number so support can review replacement or refund options.
